This is the graphic overview of Improview's Leadership development model. This aligns to our ITP development theory; Inform, Transform and Perform. 

Our Leadership development model has four learning arena's. This is the place where individuals can choose which of thier personal leadership muscles need attention. Our theory is based on visiting each of the four learning arenas, and these are: Your Leadership, Your Relationships, Your Tools and Your Environment.
