Effective Team Performance

This is our Team Charter Model, which has two distinct tensions, Creating and Sustaining. We have found that it is so important for teams that truly wish to be hig performing that they give attention to six areas, we do this through thought provoking stimuli's and discussion and allow the team to create their own charter.
